I did survive work without eating my arm off or raiding the kitchen at work. I stuck with my packed meal and drank some water.
Sunday was my day off from BBL and will be back at it today. My weight has stayed the same but I have lost 11 inches total since I started on Jan 6. So...I'm pleased with that.
My hubs and I went to Olive Garden last night with some friends. I pre-planned my dinner to make sure I stayed on track. I ate more salad (without croutons) than I had planned but didn't eat my dinner. They do have gluten free options which was helpful and yummy. The only thing though, when I went to log my food, the salad nutrition facts seem awfully high (I ate lettuce, less than one whole plum tomato, and probably 6 black olives, and the dressing which wasn't a sugary dressing). I would, at max say it was around 15 net carbs (but the food tracker here gave it like 50+ for 3 or 4 servings). In any case, I had a good time, ate what I planned to, and felt good afterwards.
Today, I'm feeling a little lazy but have to get moving. Food shopping and cleaning on the list today.
