Day 28 of new lifestyle, and it looks like I lost 4 pounds this week, somehow! So, current weight is 246.03. I blame it on the headcold, honestly. I was aiming for 1-2 pounds this week, and I got double that. Intersting!
I can't believe January is almost done with, this month has flown by. I'm so happy to have held on for this long!
Well, I'm at work today, and I get the next two days off. Hopefully with some bedrest, I can kick this cold. Have a lovely Saturday!
