What I really like about this program is the fact that I am making almost all my meals at home. I know what's in my foods and I feel great actually cooking again. My goal this week is to have more veggies - I bought a nice bag of asparagus, broccoli, and celery from Costco - so it should last me at least a couple of weeks!
