I haven't done so well this week on the exercise front. I've been waking up feeling ill, so I'm so tired in the a.m. that I'm not getting my workouts in. Today I'm going to try to make my workout after work, we'll see, I'm still tired, but I want to mark that workout down on my calendar. I hope that tonight I don't wake up so that tomorrow can be a more normal day. At least I know that I can get my workout in any time on the weekend.
