Weighed in this morning and gained 3 pounds. Stuck to induction 95% and been walking around 1 hour a day.(3 mph) I get about 20 min. aday of free weights in also. Hope some of it is muscle...clothes fit on the lose side the best I can tell.

Some of it could be muscle and some could be water. I have read that excercise can make your muscles store water, so make sure you drink plenty of water to flush that out. Clothes are sometimes a better indicator I think. Have a great day!

Not that your wrong...I'm not saying that!
Drink lots of water to flush water out = you still have water. lol
I drink around 90 oz of water a day.

I know. If you are dehydrated, your body holds on to the water already there. Kind of like how it holds onto fat if you eat too few calories and it goes into starvation mode. 90 oz is a lot though, so in your case it probably is muscle. Someone posted yesterday about a great article and it helped me put scale fluctuations into perspective. Google "why the scale lies" and read the article. Very interesting stuff!

You are very welcome! I was lucky enough to catch someone else's post about it and I was so glad I did! I can't help but weigh every day even though they say not to, so it helps to know that I probably DIDN'T gain that pound unless it sticks around for days. LOL
