1. Too much fruit and sweet root veggies yesterday which equals way too many carbs. I went over 100 grams of carbs yesterday. I was looking to release salt and pick up fiber. This, of coarse, sparked more of an appetite. I feel like I ate too much yesterday even through the numbers don't show it. 2. Body still feels bloated. But, no headache or wooziness today. 3. My carb tolerance held up to my carb fueled day. Ketosis was still in this morning at 44 on the breath analyzer. 4. Weight went up slightly this morning. :-( 5. Blood Sugar was 111 mg/dL. Better than yesterday but, still holding too high for a fasted reading in the morning. This number really needs to get under 80 mg/dL and stay there. 6. Blood Pressure was 140/94 @ 77 bpm. The answer here is more exercise. I have got to get out and get moving more. The diastolic reading is the one that has me concerned. That diastolic should be under 80 and mine has been consistently closer to 90. If I can't get this down on my own, I may have to look at blood pressure medicine. Not a good option for me. :-( 7. Very little activity or exercise yesterday. And, I feel it today! 8. Feeling a little down today...disappointed in my results. Just want to feel like my self again. I never used to struggle to be happy or want to go and do. Now days, it is a struggle just to get out of bed. I have a lot of other factors weighing on me these days, far beyond just my weight and health. However, I am determined to get past all of this and find my "happy place" again. 9. Stay strong, stay focused, and keep moving forward. Until tomorrow my friends. :-)
