Lazy day at home with my hubby. Of course, I did cook though. I find it therapeutic to create new recipes in the kitchen. I made a fantastic chicken soup and enjoyed every last drop!

Monday starts my renewed commitment to exercise. I must confess that I have just about every Beach Body exercise program ever created (well, not quite that many, but I do help their business). I would like to do the Insanity challenge or complete the Rev Abs program. I do love yoga too, and find it to be my favorite activity.

I will devise a plan tomorrow so I am ready on Monday. I work three 12 hour nights a week in a busy ICU and am very tired after work so it's going to be a challenge to push through those days when all I want to do is sleep.

Holy moly, that schedule is a challenge! Do you do yoga to relax on your workdays? Or is there a short workout that you can do before work? Great comment about cooking- even when we watch what we eat, it's still fun to create.
