Friday is playing squash evening and then a trip to the pub - I have calculated in three pints of IPA and a lump of cheese on my return. Even including this I will only have totalled 2000 for the day and focussed on low carbs . I should end the day having had around 88 grams of carbs.
Finding the right food in the cupboard is getting more difficult and I will need to do my own shopping over the weekend. Thats going to be a shock.
It's day six of my third week of diets and after a great reduction for the first two weeks I have not lost anything - i am not too worried I realise there will be variability.
