I have a quick question for anyone that can help. I have been doing the LCHF WOE for the last 46 days and have lost 19.4 lbs, my problem is I need fiber REALLY BAD....what does everyone suggest to help with this situation. I am feeling really bloated today and it is painful. PLEASE HELP...LOL

I'm having the same problem. I bought a fibre supplement - but it has sweetener in it.
