Soo... Hi all. I've started following the Weight Watchers diet this week. I've got a friend that I'm going to start going to meetings with in a few weeks, and we'll see how that goes--I'm not entirely sure I'm a "meetings" type of person.
So far I've found the diet really easy to follow--somehow it's easier to restrict points than it is to restrict calories! I gained 40 pounds in the year leading up to getting pregnant, and then another 45 during pregnancy (I went from being a college student to having a desk job... yikes!) so I've got a decent ways to go. I don't imagine I'll ever fit into my wedding dress again, but now that my boy is 4 months old my first goal is to get down to pre-preggers weight. 23 pounds to go!
