Today I got back on my Stationary bike (recumbent), I did 10 minutes (3.5 miles) with a You Tube video that makes it look like you are riding a bike outside - lots of choices to make from all over the world! Next time I will try for 15 minutes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yln2zVHEtq8&t=604s
