Good. thanks for asking. Had a couple drinks, a thick goopy chowder and a pork pie (both of those items had a lot of wheat flour involved).
Wife loved the restaurant so there are low carb choices and will go again when its not a "cheat nite". Had champagne and cake last night, but back hardcore low carb again. I am looking forward to more progress this week.
