@TANIA KOLES - LOW CARB HIGH FAT way of eating. Don't call it a diet. Also called Keto or Paleo. Just eat real food. Nothing from bag, box or package. If it's got more ingredients than you've got fingers on one hand... don't eat it. No soda, no juice, no added sugar. I am never hungry. REALLY, never hungry. It is amazing, and everyone should do it. Read my journals and my food diary - they are open to everyone.
