My unofficial weight this morning is
99.3kg.I am attempting a double fast day so I won't record this as my official weight until tomorrow morning. It's actually a 0.1kg loss from my previous official weight so that's really awesome!!!
I will continue to weigh myself each week even though we are entering the most indulgent 3 weeks of the year :) I don't fear the gains.
