I can't decide if it's a good thing or a bad thing for me to be counting calories. On the one hand, I need to know when I've eaten enough to stop. On the other hand, I tend to challenge myself to stop under that amount, and feel very badly when I exceed it.
91.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
