Tesco stopped doing the bottled water I like so, foolishly, I tried their aspartame-laden lemonade equivalent. Oh dear :-(

307.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb. Still to go: 67.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 4.2 lb a week
