Been doing an egg fast for a week. Only eggs and fat, no cheese, as last time I found the cheese slowed my weight loss. I'm getting out of these damned 80s if it kills me! lol
A few more days and I should be starting to transition back to LCHF. I'd love to do the EF until a week before Christmas, but honestly, I'm missing eating protein. A good roasted chicken leg, or a nice regular ground beef patty with cheese. Something more than just eggs. I'm not tired of them. I still enjoy my fried eggs, or soft-boiled eggs and butter. But I want meat.
Started up my exercise again today after a week away due to personal issues. HOLY CRAP! I didn't think a week would make such a difference! I was weak and couldn't get through my full hour. WOW, mental note: DO NOT DO THAT AGAIN! Every day... whether you feel like it or not, DO IT!
