Well I don't know how accurate it is because its not my normal weigh in day but I had a sneaking suspicion that I might have been retaining some water because I was having some period-like symptoms (I don't have my period as I have an IUD but sometimes it 'feels' like it). And I am down more than I was monday :-) Woohoo!
