Well I feel better to day but I was just felling bloated I was so uncomfortable for the last couple of days, I know I just started this and it should not be that hard to to but it is, I really do not snack. I do not eat 5 times a day that just seems to me that I am eating all the time, Then I am not where I can get a quick snack between the meals. I am going to try to exercise this morning or this afternoon after I come back from an appointment. I only like to go into town when I have to. I just prefer to stay at home and not go anywhere. I prefer to save on the gas then going up and down the mountain. I will walk today as well I like to do that.
