Are you drinking enough water? Are you drinking any lemon water? Helps flush out toxins & water retention. Apple cider vinegar also. I make a HUGE drink every day, well, ok most days. 4 cups water with ice, a couple TBS Organic Apple cider vinegar

A couple tsp fresh( frozen) ginger & a little liquid stevia for taste. It's an acquired taste, but I live it! Hope some part of this helps, it's tough to hang in there when you aren't seeing results!! Hopefully you are feeling better!!
