Lovely "spoiling me day" today with some good news thrown in for good measure! First stop was hairdressers for a cut & blow dry followed by a call from my solicitor with a very good offer of compensation from the other driver's insurance! Then a lovely lunch of a prawn jacket potato up at Long Road Nursery. Then a bit of retail therapy of clothes shopping .. bought 3 new tops. Then came home and cooked our tea ... low fat turkey meatballs, sliced mushrooms, green beans from the garden and sweetcorn in a low fat kung po sauce served with rice .... delicious!
