Whoa... trying to come down from a holiday binge. Dear God... how did I let that happen?! No time to focus on the negative, time to get on track! I'm having a healthy breakfast, and bought things yesterday to pack my lunch and snacks all week for work. That should help me get refocused. Am going to try to get to the gym today after work. May not officially weigh in until next Tuesday for BL premier night. Thank GOD Biggest Loser is coming on again so quickly!
