You can do it! One day at a time. Once I got on a roll, I started getting excited and believe it or not, now I enjoy it and try to push myself a little more each week. I am rooting for you! :)

Exercise wise do what you can each day and try to do a little bit more next week. Build on it each week and you will get there. Diet wise you need to find what works for you to succeed and it can be a lot of trial and error. Good luck we are rooting for you!
