Do you ever eat something, then almost fall off your chair when you look up the calorie content? I'm not talking junk food or snacks, just regular lunch stuff...like egg rolls and Indian naan. I ate a couple of egg rolls and found out I'd just eaten up all my calories for the day. I doubt they'll keep me satiated all day.
No more calorie-dense foods!!

Yes, I try to write it before I bite it. Many foods are too high in calories, so when you look them up, you can decide if it's worth it. Most of the time it's not.

Yes! Especially "healthy" food! It's ridiculous...but like the poster above I meal plan and look things up before hand tu o try and make better choices. The books of "Eat this, not that." Have been helpful too.
