Well new eating is going well, a few slips but not near like it was. I do have to remember just because my RDI# still allows for more kcals at the end of the day, it doesn't mean I can eat whatever. I am doing so much better though, trimming carbs, except last night, but trimming things where I can and I have a happy face everyday.
