Well, despite last night's ice cream binge, I managed to drop another 1/4 lbs - who knew? So far so good on the tracking, and yeah I was honest about the ice cream. Yesterday I decided to pick some up at Target, ended up buying 3 different kinds - yeah, they are "low cal" but I would have been better of just going to an ice cream parlor & getting a sundae, LOL! And I was planning on cutting out the after-workout snack, too, oh well, guess I can give my grandkids some when they come over, haha.

On a more serious note, my hubby is talking gastric sleeve surgery next year. He's about 90 lbs overweight, diabetic, HBP & sleep apnea. He says he's got to do SOMETHING, and I agree. I'm mostly supportive but really wish we could do something else. He just eats too much, huge appetite. We did check out a gym yesterday & I think we'll join tomorrow. They have all kinds of weights, and rowing machines, which he's fond of. Of course, we also have a treadmill & elliptical at home, that he NEVER uses. I do, several times a week, but this gym has free weights & stair climbers, so I'm in!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
