Happy Sunday! Another pound down, praise God! Had an early 4:30 am start, which might be challenging if I don't get a nap lol. Let's see how this beautiful day unfolds. God's day, His lead. Flying.:)
8:00am - growl - coffee, 1/2 Vegan thumbprint cookie.
1:15pm: growl - 1 whole-wheat pita, 1 Tb. Nutella. Lol fave meals. Almost had a latte half hour earlier, but managed to wait for growl. Feeling literally buoyant about that decision. God came in and blessed it within the hour with The Bourne Supremacy movie showing on TV.:)
6:45pm: butternut squash soup, 1/2 roasted chicken breast, 6 whole blanched almonds.
