A: 2 x 10 Deadlift (Warm-up weight - 30 kg) 4 x 5 Deadlift (35 kg)
B: Lighter weight - 20 kg 3 x 12 RDL (3 sec tempo down, 1 sec pause at the bottom)
METCON:
AMRAP (8 minutes)
8 KB Swings 8 V-sits 8 Mountain Climbers
I got to 7 rounds!!
