Last night failed miserably. My girlfriend asked for junk food... oh baby... better than sex... food is awesome... yum yum yum... pizza pizza and nuggets too. I've sinned... lol... Anyways... I did fine for the first 80% of the day but then when I got home from brazilian jiu jitsu training the woman wanted take-out so I had to oblige. I'll try to be stronger next time. Day 2... 1000 calories over my limit. Maybe my delayed onset muscle soreness will go away... lots of calories is good for something after all... just not weight loss... 170 before March... >_< Wish me and my weak will luck!

This morning isn't off to a good start either... left-over Pizza :)
