Ieksie's Journal, 21 June 2016

So far so good! The numbers are coming down slowly, but I won't be bothered too much this week, as it is shark week again. Time flies! Meh!

CF Class today:

Strength/Skill:

5 x 6 Dead lifts (Lift by feel or 70% of 1RM) I did 32kg on my last 3 sets
5 x 5 Weighted Dips (I did push-ups because I can't do dips yet)

Metcon: 5 Rounds (for time) 25 min cap

21 calorie row
15 S2OH (Use bar or dumbbells)also lift by feel
9 bar facing burpees

The second part of the workout was tough, I only got 4 rounds done. One day, when I'm more consistent in going to class, then I'll be doing 5 rounds!
