Okay, so I have not been doing the drops since September 19 since I was told I needed to stop for 4-6 weeks and then resume. I am pleased to see that my weight has remained constant during this time. Yea! I will be resuming the drops on Monday...I want to watch the pounds melt off some more. Love this diet!
