So today turned out to be more of an off plan day than I had anticipated and I'm disappointed in myself, but not going to beat myself up. I know I have to weigh in tomorrow both for the challenge and with my coach, but it is what it is. The stress and self deprecating thoughts simply don't help. It won't be the end of the world and tomorrow is another opportunity to keep away from the excess sugar.
