This is been a rough week. I've been sick with allergies and a cold. I am definitely a comfort eater so my weight went up but I had two good days of work out and finally have dropped a little again. So close but those last 3 1/2 pounds I going to be really tough. I know I can do it!
143.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
