I have decided to keep a record of everything I eat during my diet. I am going to write it down in this journal, for my own satisfaction. If someone else finds it interesting (for whatever reason) even better! :)

Here is my phase 1, day 1 (Monday, 7th May):

09:00 am - two green apples
12:00 am - two oranges
02:00 pm - one pear
05:00 pm - grilled zucchini and dry brown rice
08:00 pm - frozen banana

Also had 20mins of indoor bicycle ride and lots of water. Feeling good!

Make sure you are eating a minimum # of calories. I don't know how many is there but if you don't consume the required daily calories your body goes into what's called metabolic shock and when that happens, you can't lose weight no matter what you do. Best of luck!

Sounds like you're off to a great start! I've got to try frozen fruit, everyone says it's great!

you are on the right track but I agree you have to eat more! I didn't eat enough at first and 3 days into it I had zero energy and had to up my calories a bit. You ARE doing great with your choices!
