I have decided to keep a record of everything I eat during my diet. I am going to write it down in this journal, for my own satisfaction. If someone else finds it interesting (for whatever reason) even better! :)
Here is my phase 1, day 1 (Monday, 7th May):
09:00 am - two green apples 12:00 am - two oranges 02:00 pm - one pear 05:00 pm - grilled zucchini and dry brown rice 08:00 pm - frozen banana
Also had 20mins of indoor bicycle ride and lots of water. Feeling good!
