Today, this is what I ate so far and its only 3:03pm..YIKES!!

3 Cups Medly of Veggies like Cucumbers, Broccoli and Carrots and I had Garlic and Tomatoe Hummus as dip
1 and a half pieces of Grilled Salmon
1 Corn on the Cob
1.5 Quarts of Water every 4 hours
1 Red Bull
1 Slice of Deli Turkey
1 Glass of Grape Fruit Juice

Am I doing this right??

Well it depends on where you are in the diet. If your in phase 1 detox your not doing very well lol. Also I don't believe you can have red bull on Fat smash so I'd avoid that in the future. The veggies, corn, water, are great for detox everything else is a no no.

if you're detoxing, you're off a little. No meat, fish, caffeinated drinks or processed fruit juices. Are you on the regular fat smash, or extreme fat smash? From what I've read, extreme fat smash is more lenient than the regular fat smash.

What Phase of fat Smash are you on?/and are you eating every 3 hours 4-5 meals per day?? No meat or caffeine for the detox Phase (No more red bulls)

You know I failed to mention that just because you are a little off the plan doesn't mean your completely ruined. If it were me and I ate that for the rest of the day I would eat nothing but veggies and fruits drink more water and no more red bull. All is not lost. Tommorow try to stay away from the meat and no more red bull I know its good but its not good for you and thats the point. Try making a veggie soup or a vegetarian chili , I love me some good southern chili and cornbread but I found a ground meat substitute that you cannot tell its not real ground beef. I even lather mine in some franks red hot. (not sure if i'm suppost to have that but I can't help it ) lol. Anyway your doing good the choices you made were good choices with the exception of the red bull. But during phase one of detox NO meat... You can do it phase one is only 9 days and it goes by fast. Then you can start adding the good stuff back in little by little. Good luck!!

It looks like you are getting back on track. What kind of exercise are you thinking about? Since the doctors you have talked to say there might be heart problems then ou ned to look into a cardi program or start doing some kind of cardio workout. On phase one the fat smash dit says you ned to do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day five days a week. Then the book also reccomends that after dinner you eitheir take a 20 minutewalk or do somekind of physical activity at leat for 20 minutes to get the blood circulating & to burn up what you just ate. When I was on the program before & was doing the walking after dinner for 20 minutes I found that I had more engery & that it forced me to eat at normal time that wasn't past 8:oo p.m. It sounds like you are dong very good. Keep up the good work.

chinaeure is right just walk for 20 minutes and you'll feel like a million bucks, start of small so you don't get discouraged, we are all here rooting for you. Keep posting so we know how you are doing.....
