Only now learning how this site works after months on here. I'm managing to shed good weight at the moment by taking long walks in the morning and making small adjustments to my diet. I used to drink at least one energy drink a day and made my first through without any artificial sugars. Hoping to keep this up now. I've got some serious goals that I need to achieve. For now though quiting smoking is next on the list. I wish I never started.

Well done Mike. I have been off artificial sugars for months and had some the other day. My body was not happy and I had an upset stomach all day. Amazing how you become more sensitive once you are clean of all toxins.

Thanks, I'm only now realising the damage that sugars can do, my first week I was a bit lethargic but I'm used to it. Amazing howw easy stuff can be if you set your mind to it

Quitting smoking is tough BeegMike. I won't lie to you. In May it will be two years smoke free for me. It is the best decision I have ever made for myself. It will be hard in the beginning, but the rewards are endless. Good luck... Take one day at a time. And remember why you are quitting.
