Woke up with an upset stomach this morning, wasn't really feeling poorly, just wasn't hungry and the thought of eating made me feel nauseous. I was able to have a spinach and cream cheese frittata for brunch, snacked through the afternoon and had steak and creamed spinach for dinner. My calories and carbs were low today but I couldn't make myself eat any more. Got a bunch of green veggies at the grocery store today so am going to try to make a green smoothie tomorrow and see how that goes.
