Starting week 3 of extreme body transformation/body by vi today. The shakes are delicious and such a quick and easy breakfast, love them! Coworkers have said they notice a difference in my body; they can tell I've been working out, that makes me feel pretty awesome that they can tell, considering I wear fairly baggy clothes at work. My trainer has all my measurements from 2 weeks ago, so I'm basing these off measurements I did myself within the last month. 1" off chest, 1.5" off waist,1" off belly, 1.5" off hips; 5" in total in two weeks. Wahoo!
