So i've gained weight but my clothes fell looser, i've been excersing every day. I'm wondering if it's muscle building up. I've been battling cravings for about two days now. I'm not a big sweet eater but starches and salty foods are my down fall, so i have to be real careful.

sometimes exercising a lot can change the composition of your body, but all depends on the kind of exercises you're doing. Keep pushing yourself to eat right and exercise and the weight will start to really fall off.

Exercise can make us lose fat/inches which will may show as a smaller size in clothes, but not necessarily reflect the scale. Your muscles become sore and retain water to help them heal. Eventually the scale will show your efforts. You are doing really great.
