Why can't I do this?
194.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

Are you using the app to count your calories and the types of food you're eating? Sometimes we under-estimate our caloric intake which becomes an issue when you are trying to create a caloric deficit. I, and most in FS, would contend that you can do this.

You can do this. Make one small change at a time and they do eventually add up to a big success. Good luck.
