So, I was looking for a bigger impact but I'll take it. I have actually moved over to the 21 Day Fix meal and workout plan. I am on day 17. I can say that I am seeing bigger results off the scale as opposed to the scale. I can actually definition in my arms, legs and believe it or not...my stomach area. Granted I have a lot of fat to get rid of around my waste, but I can see obliques peeking through ever so slightly. To me that's a win way bigger than the scale going down!!! #MuscleWeighsMoreThanFat
