Post push day 2nd breakfast: oats, unsweetened soymilk, chia, hemp, flax meal, pea protein, cocoa and cherries. A lot, but I also did a long walk with a weighted pack, and I was dang hungry. Will have to keep lunch light and fill up on veggies

I do, too, Morticia. This time of year I find great sales on them -- these were $2 a pound. Thanks, Shirfleur! It was really good. We're way into chocolate in this house

I’ve noticed adding my daypack on my walks and hikes sure do up the calorie burn👍looks delish😊

It must, MyanW, because I have literally felt like I could not get full all day! 😂 Genuinely hungry, not just bored or anxious or craving, so I'll just plan on going over my usual target

I didn't overdo it, Robert. Promise. 😊 I just wrapped up one of my 8-pound hand weights in a couple of towels, so it wouldn't dig into my back, and tossed it in a small backpack with a pint of water. I wanted to up the intensity and make it more of a weight bearing activity for bone strength. My intent is to keep doing this and increase the weight over time
