I am so sorry my friend. that has hit here too. my brother has been diagnosed with stage 4 small cell lung cancer, metastasized to his brain. It has been a nightmare. I sure hope treatment works for your husband! You are in my thoughts 

I’m sorry to this. Do your best to remain positive, each day at a time, don’t be hard on yourself with food. I had breast cancer two years back, your brain may override your sensible decision making that’s ok. Go easy on yourself and wishing you both the best in working through this.
