It’s been 22 days since I last logged my weight and I only lost 1 pound despite a minimum daily 1000 calorie deficit?

Plateaus happen. I'm no expert, but the body can paradoxically dig in and hang on to weight if caloric intake gets too low.

I’m eating 1500 calories and I’ve only been dieting consistently for not even 5 weeks. It’s too soon for that nonsense LOL I went off my diet the last 2 days. Didn’t weigh out my food, didn’t log. Just relaxed. Caring about every freakin morsel that enters my mouth is exhausting
