I think you have done so well...I started my journey on the 7th of January last year weighing 121.7 kgs.. today I weighed 85.1. A total of 37kgs lost. It's funny but I don't feel inside what the scales reflect.... my target is 75kgs like you so I have 10kgs to go...good luck....

75hard, you can Google as well. Its 75 days of 45 min exercise, twice a day, one has to be outdoors. Eat a healthy diet (your choice, but you have to stick to it). And you need to read 10 mins a day, each day. If you dont achieve this for a day, you restart 75 days. Hope this helps.
