Happy Monday Everybody!!! I been having Mondays and Saturdays off.
I pretty much have gotten settled into my fashion dept job working 22-36 hours a week and getting the most exercise I had probably in 20 years. As most of you this is one of many retirement gigs for now.
A friend of mind told me there is a saying you can't out run a bad diet, good news is I am holding at 170 which i will update and did not gain anymore weight after a couple of nights eating out.
Diet goal mini As usual is to get back ibto mid 160's and set up next goal. I also have a physical due this month.
I also have construction being done at the house, lol , how ironic after working construction licensing 31 years.
Cheersto everyone and will keep everyone posted 👱♀️🐈⬛
