I have a week each month where things seem to spike. It's my cost of being a woman (hear me roar!). If I stick to my plan the following week I can get a good drop. Don't get disheartened. A basic scale does not always tell the full story.

If you've increased exercise it could be muscular weight! Don't get disheartened. 😊

Don't feel low, there is always a lag between eating and a change in weight. Lets face it 3 lbs is not much at all.

Take measurements. You might not have lost weight but maybe you lost inches, which is better! Inches mean you lost fat rather than muscle so I've learned ... from my friends here.

Very good point and one well worth remembering. There is always a mixture of weight loss and muscle building up as you get more mobile.
