so I have decided to journal my lifestyle change journey ... maybe now I will stick to my goals more ...
I still have a long way to go ... but Im willing to do this for myself and my kids ...
went to gym this morning second morning in a row and as hard as it is to get up for gym Im literally rolling myself out of bed ... one day I will get better at this ... for now one day at a time ...
