It was so hard 😭 hit the gym 4 times, had less carbs, lots of salad, tried to increase protein and I did, but also had too many fats.. trying to control it 👀 but at least I can go out tonight with peace of mind 🙂
125.7 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
