Down another lb from the Christmas social season, two more to go then I'm back at my Dec 22 weight.
I've for sure added some muscle mass to the legs from eight big downhill ski days and a few Cross-country ski tours since the 22nd, midsection fat layer possibly feels a bit thinner, but that might just be wishful thinking :)
Resting heart rate and uphill endurance have plateaued....I will be able to resume HIIT between Jan 16 - 29th (on vacation - no ski trips), goal will be to increase uphill endurance and speed to prepare for next big backcountry ski trip Feb 5-9th.
